Malta suspends gaming operator
The Malta authority revealed that the operator M-Hub Gaming Operations Ltd has been indefinitely suspended.
Malta.- The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has released a news statement in which it details that M-Hub Gaming Operations Ltd’s gaming licence has been indefinitely suspended as of May 3, 2019.
The operator was directed to indefinitely suspend all gaming operations, cease to register new players or accept any deposits on the licence. It was also directed to submit all data and documentation requested by the Malta authority.
The authority also notified that any websites operated by M-Hub or associated with it, and which makes reference to the authority or the licence, are not approved to be operational by the MGA.
“Due to the suspension of the licence, M-Hub Gaming Operations Ltd is therefore unauthorised to continue conducting gaming by means of distance communications under an Authority licence,” said the Malta watchdog about the suspended operator.
