Luxembourg casino gets certified for responsible gambling

Casino 2000 has been certified as compliant with the ECA Responsible Gambling Framework after a G4 audit.

Luxembourg.- Responsible gambling measures are a major concern for governments worldwide, but Casino 2000 is now one less venue to worry about as it was certified for its compliance with the ECA Responsible Gambling Framework. The certification was issued after an independent audit conducted by the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4).

“It is a fair recognition of the great work of our responsible gambling team,” Director General of Casino 2000 Guido Berghmans said. “It is crucial for me and the entire team that our gambling products are provided in a socially responsible way to our customers.”

Casino 2000 had already passed previous audits which showed it also complied with previous versions of the ECA Responsible Gambling standard. “We have successfully applied the ECA’s industry-leading Responsible Gambling Framework since its first inception in 2013,” Berghmans added.

ECA standards are set to check on how well casino manages Responsible Gambling in areas such as awareness-raising or employee training to marketing and stakeholder engagement.
