Konami Gaming’s Lauren Bates is recognized in the “Emerging Leaders of Gaming 40 Under 40”
Rising industry executive, Lauren Bates from Konami Gaming, has been named as next-generation leader in gaming.
Press release.- Konami Gaming put West Game Sales VP Lauren Bates on the front page. The executive was honoured as one of this year’s “40 Under 40’s Emerging Game Leaders”.
She has been recognized by Global Gaming Business magazine and The Innovation Group (TIG) as one of the most significantly impactful gaming industry professionals under the age of 40.
Lauren Bates’ 15-year career at Konami Gaming has evidenced unmistakable expertise in forging meaningful business partnerships in some of the world’s most competitive casino markets.

In addition to her senior leadership position at Konami, Bates is on the Board of Directors for Global Gaming Women and is currently serving as the organization’s Vice President and Mentorship Committee Co-Chair.

Lauren Bates joined Konami in 2006 and quickly excelled, building strong partnerships and collaborative solutions with some of America’s largest casino resort destinations.
She was promoted from National Account Manager to Director of Regional Sales West in 2019, before being named Vice President of West Game Sales in 2020. Lauren Bates will be honoured during the 2021 Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Las Vegas this month and profiled in an upcoming edition of Global Gaming Business.
