Konami promotes Lori Olk to Vice President, Regulatory Compliance

US.- Konami Gaming, Inc. has announced the promotion of Lori Olk to vice president, regulatory compliance, following years of demonstrated leadership in ensuring proper licensing and on-going compliance across all jurisdictions the company serves.

As vice president, regulatory compliance, Ms. Olk is responsible for maintaining proper licensing in states and nations from South America to Eastern Europe. She has been with Konami since 2011 and carries more than 20 years of industry experience in regulatory compliance.

Lori Olk joined Konami Gaming, Inc. as Regulatory Compliance Manager in 2011 and advanced to a senior leadership position within five years.  Appointed Vice President of Regulatory Compliance in July 2019, Lori oversees all licensing for Konami and carries a key role in ensuring that business practices, policies, and transactions fully comply with governmental regulatory requirements for all jurisdictions where the company operates, and leads efforts toward effective resolution as necessary. Lori reports directly to Konami Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer Thomas A. Jingoli. She has more than 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Montana State University-Bozeman.
