Sweden.- Knutsson Holdings AB – a Swedish investor within the Gaming sector – announced today it has strengthened its shareholdings in Betsson Group by swapping 300,000 B-shares to A-shares. A-shares is a Swedish instrument which gives ten votes for every share instead of one.
Knutsson Holdings now has 3,010,000 A-shares and 3,150,000 B-shares which gives 4.3 % of the capital but 11.4 % of the voting rights. Knutsson Holdings has been a major shareholder in Betsson Group since 2007.
