Jeju Shinhwa World opened first phase
The latest casino complex developed by Landing International Development launched its first phase this week.
South Korea.- Jeju Shinhwa World, the newest casino hotel complex from South Korea, held a grand opening for the first phase of the project on Tuesday. The venue developed by Landing International is operated by The Acott Ltd.
During a filling to the Hong Kong exchange on Tuesday, Landing International said: “Somerset Jeju Shinhwa World is the first international-class fully-serviced resort condominium in Jeju, offering 344 units of three-bedroom resort condominium units with thoughtfully furnished and designed interiors.” The facility also provides a wide range of modern amenities such as a clubhouse with a spacious lobby lounge, and a fully-equipped gymnasium, a restaurant offering international cuisine, as well as an indoor playroom and a large outdoor play area for children. It is expected that the casino will showcase more features to the public later this year.
Landing International Development currently operates another casino in Jeju Island. The casino in the Hyatt Regency ranked first on the list of the 2016 anti-money laundering assessment, which includes 17 of the country’s casinos, and is issued by the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit.
