Japan authorities evaluates casinos location
Authorities of the Aichi prefectural region have visited the potential land to install a casino.
Japan.- As casino development in Japan keeps generating great expectations worldwide, local authorities are assessing different lands to determine where integrated resorts could be installed once the Congress approve gaming related bills regulating the upcoming industry.
Although casino projects could not move forward without previous approval of all gaming regulations, the Aichi prefectural committee of casino development has visited the potential land of Chubu Airport Island, where authorities expect to install the gaming venues that include luxurious resorts.
The committee is gathering information on gaming projects in order to grant Aichi Governor Hideaki Omura a complete report on the issue. That way, the local government could soon approve casino development in Chubu Airport Island. The committee has not confirmed any information yet, but the local press is assuring an integrated resort would be developed in the region.
Although casino salones have not been completely approved yet, the legalisation of gaming industry has positioned the market as one of the most demanded worldwide. National legislators are still debating further bills to finally implement the casino law, regarding prevention of problem gambling and operating and licensing processes.
