The Canadian online gambling operator announced on Thursday that it has re-launched its InterCasino online gambling website.

Canada.- Yesterday (Thursday) Intertain Group Ltd. announced it has re-launched InterCasino after successfully migrated the online gambling website to the company’s proprietary Plain Gaming platform. Plain Gaming is wholly owned by Intertain Group Ltd. and it runs a number of online casino brands along with powering B2B gaming brand Finlandia Casino.

The online gaming platform is the same growth engine behind Vera&John, another online casino which will be operated by the Canadian operator. Intertain acquired the brand back in December 2014. At the moment, Plain Gaming features over 1,000 casino games for desktop and more than 400 mobile casino titles, all developed by at least 30 different providers. Intertain revealed that currently, more than half of the revenue generated by the platform comes from mobile gaming, which is among the operator’s key growth targets.

Johan Königslehner, Dumarca Gaming CEO, said that they are extremely happy to be powering the online casino brand. Dumarca Gaming is the parent company of the Plain Gaming platform as well as Vera&John. Furthermore, Königslehner added that the integration of the InterCasino brand into the Plain Gaming platform has taken his company to the next level of its development and commitment to catering to a number of different brands.

Intertain Bahamas Chief Revenue Officer, Irina Cornides, explained that the re-launch is an important step towards creating important synergies between brands within the Intertain group and taking advantage of their proprietary software solutions.

Intertain had recently pointed out that Plain Gaming would allow the company not only to leverage its proprietary gaming platform and to increase both the quantity and quality of content and mobile access for gambling customers, but would also reduce costs and lessen the amounts of money it pays to third-party online gambling suppliers.
