IGT appoints Adam Chibib as chief financial officer

Chibib will take over from Fabio Celadon, subject to regulatory approvals.

US.- IGT has named Adam Chibib as chief financial officer. Subject to regulatory approvals, he will take up the role from Fabio Celadon on November 1. Celadon will stay on as an adviser until December 31.

Chibib’s has worked in finance and operations at public companies, private equity-backed firms and technology businesses. He has been involved in six exits. His most recent role was chief financial officer of Raptor Technologies. Warburg Pincus acquired that company in January 2026 after a period under Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity.

Chibib previously served as Multimedia Games’ president and chief financial officer and later served as playAGS’s board and audit committee chairman until the company was acquired in 2025. He previously held finance roles at Self Financial and NetSpend.
