Holland Casino opens new venue
The casino chain from the Netherlands opened a new venue this week in Amsterdam.
Netherlands.- Holland Casino keeps expanding its brand in the Netherlands, this time opening a new location at Amsterdam’s Sloterdijk Station. The facility is the fourteenth of the chain and the fourth in the city and its surroundings.
Robin Hanzon, casino manager, said: “We have 503 slot machines spread over two floors, twelve game tables of which six are roulette and six card tables. And do not forget the live bingo and our restaurant.” The 5,000 square meter casino can accommodate up to 2,000 guests, while it also offers entertainment options for the weekends. It also offers blackjack and roulette tables, and a large automated roulette arena with a live connection to the casinos of Rotterdam and Venlo.
While there were some doubts regarding the location, the casino opened its doors on Monday. The casino will be opened from noon until three in the morning, although there is the intention to extend the operating hours. “I think it’s a future prime location. I see that in any case very positive.”
Regarding the environment, Hanzon said that they always take it into account: “We have a big interest in that, but everyone benefits from it. Certainly, in this environment, which of course is an office environment, we will bring much more liveliness which will also make it safer.”
