Exclusive interview.- In this exclusive interview, Galaxsys CEO Hayk Sargsyan discusses the company’s participation in the upcoming SBC Summit Lisbon, emphasising its role as a prime networking hub for industry leaders and operators. We are very excited to participate in SBC Summit Lisbon. For us, the event is a key opportunity to connect with existing partners, meet potential collaborators, and show our latest games across both slot and fast game categories. SBC expos consistently bring together a large number of industry leaders, operators, and potential partners, making it the perfect environment for networking and collaboration. The team’s objectives include reviewing performance and updates with current partners, as well as exploring new opportunities with operators and affiliates seeking an innovative and diverse games provider.

Which topics do you think will be the main focus of discussion at the SBC Summit?

Galaxsys has a very diverse portfolio of 50+ games, and with each operator we work with, we have tailored solutions to offer. We expect that discussions at SBC Summit Lisbon will be specific to each market, highlighting the unique needs and interests of different operators.

Our sales and partnership teams have pre-scheduled meetings to address the specific questions that current and potential partners want answers to. Overall, the conversations will focus primarily on our games and promotional tools, followed by topics such as regulatory developments, market trends, and the level of customisation we can provide. This approach ensures that every discussion is relevant, insightful, and valuable for both parties.

At SBC Summit Lisbon, will you be focusing more on promoting your crash and instant games, or do you plan to highlight the growth of your slot portfolio with new titles?

While we will certainly highlight our popular and award-winning crash and instant games, such as Ninja Crash and Tower Rush, which have proven highly engaging and successful with partners, we also plan to present the latest additions to our slot and fast portfolio. Since launching our first slot game in March, we have made significant progress, and the summit provides the perfect opportunity to highlight the growth and innovation of our slot offerings alongside our fast games.

Can you tell us about some of Galaxsys’ upcoming game releases?

In the coming months, we will be launching a new slot game, Hungry Wolf, along with two additions to our fast games portfolio — Plinko Dice and Chicken Crash. The chicken theme is very popular right now, and we saw a great opportunity to bring our own innovative take to it. With Chicken Crash, we’ve combined fast-paced, high-energy gameplay with unique mechanics and distinctive visual design, setting it apart from similar titles on the market. At the summit, we’ll also showcase a comparison with other providers’ chicken-themed games and explain the creative approach behind our version, highlighting why it’s both fun for players and highly effective for operators.

Before the end of the year, we have additional titles that will be teased soon, and for the new year, we have a very strong roadmap.

Looking at the remainder of 2025 and into 2026, what are Galaxsys’ main priorities in terms of product development, market expansion, and brand growth?

Looking ahead to the remainder of 2025 and into 2026, Galaxsys’ main priorities focus on continued product innovation, market expansion, and brand growth. We aim to expand both our fast games and, of course, our slot portfolio, introducing innovative features, diverse themes, and improved gameplay mechanics, while also enhancing player engagement and retention tools to support our partners.

At the same time, we are actively working to strengthen our presence in LatAm, Europe, and emerging markets, with strategic partnerships and collaborations to reach new operators and players globally. Building Galaxsys’ reputation as a reliable and innovative games provider also remains a key priority, through not only high-quality games but also excellent partner support, seamless integration, and promotional tools that highlight the versatility and strength of our offerings.
