Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento to open sports bar

The new space will feature an immersive video wall and 14 bar-top games.

US.- Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain, in California, will open its new Hard Rock Sports Bar on November 11. The new space will seat up to 82 people and will have 14 bar-top games and a new slot progressive.

The Sports Bar will feature an immersive video wall capable of broadcasting up to 20 sporting events simultaneously, with a ticker displaying game scores throughout the day. Several screens will be visible from the casino floor. The venue will also include a display area for sports memorabilia, and a new entertainment space includes a cigar lounge with a stocked humidor.

Mark Birtha, president of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain, said: “We look forward to unveiling the Hard Rock Sacramento Sports Bar as a new entertainment offering thus elevating our commitment to being the premiere gaming and entertainment destination in the region. This venue will not only serve our sports-loving guests, but is equipped to support sports betting once it is introduced and approved in California.”

Hard Rock International has also announced that Hard Rock Casino Tejon will open on November 13. The venue is located less than 15 miles south of Bakersfield on Tejon Indian Tribal land in Kern County, California.

The resort will feature a 150,000-square-foot gaming floor with more than 2,000 slot machines, over 50 live table games including blackjack, Ultimate Texas Hold ’em and Three Card Poker, and exclusive VIP rooms for blackjack and baccarat. The property will also have various restaurants and a collection of music memorabilia.
