Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa opens in Ontario
It’s Canada’s first fully integrated Hard Rock resort.
Canada.- Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa has opened in the Canadian province of Ontario. The $350m resort covers 150,000 square feet. It has a hotel with 150 guest rooms, including 22 luxury suites, and dining options, including Council Oak Steakhouse & Seafood and the Hard Rock Cafe.
It also features Hard Rock LIVE, a performance venue with capacity for up to 2,200 guests, and a casino floor with slots, live table games and high-limit gaming areas.
The opening saw the Canadian Tenors perform O Canada followed by the brand’s signature guitar smash.

There was performance by David Foster and Katharine McPhee yesterday and Avril Lavigne will perform tomorrow.
