Hard Rock Cincinnati seeks staff as revenue booms

With record revenues, Hard Rock Cincinnati in Ohio needs more workers.

US.- Hard Rock Cincinnati in Ohio is looking to hire staff after seeing record revenue.

The casino has been averaging $20m dollars per month in gambling revenue over the last four months including a record $21.3m in April.

Hard Rock Cafe Cincinnati General Manager Angie Garbett said: “In order to operate the Hard Rock Cafe Cincinnati, we’re looking for about 140 team members total. Up to date we have about 60-70, so we’re still looking for all those great team member candidates to come in.” 

She said the Covid-19 pandemic had created a hiring challenge, but that the casino was holding auditions daily this week, from 10am to 2pm. It’s also offering Sign-on bonuses. 

“We also have an incentive of up to $1,000 dollars for people to come in and join our band,” Garbett said.  

Positions range from card dealers, to servers and hosts, to line cooks in chef Dudley Ankle’s kitchen.
