GVC makes new appointment

GVC has announced the appointment of Nygaard-Andersen as Non-Executive Director of the company.

UK.- GVC Holdings announced this week that it hired the director of a medical company to its board as an independent non-executive director. Jette Nygaard-Andersen will start her new position with immediate effect.

The new non-executive director has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership and operational roles in media, entertainment and digital businesses in general, as well as building and operating DTC and OTT streaming services across multiple European countries.

Jette is currently part of the board of a leading medical technology company listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. She also serves as a member of the remuneration and nomination committees.
