GR8_TECH will bring its Acceler8 Lab programme to SBC Summit 2026 in Lisbon, hosting daily 30-minute educational sessions for operators inside the Champions Arena.
Press release.- Acceler8 Lab is back at SBC Summit 2026 in Lisbon, bringing practical operator education to GR8_TECH’s Champions Arena at booth C416. Across all three days, the Lab will host focused 30-minute sessions daily, with industry specialists tackling the operational, commercial, leadership, and technology challenges shaping igaming performance.
Delivered in partnership with Go Academy, the programme will cover everything from revenue leakage and new-market execution to trading models, leadership, AI, and organisational capability, with a goal to help operators make better decisions and put new ideas into practice.
Day 1 — Tuesday, September 29 — Operational Performance
The first day is all about how operators make their businesses work better, faster, and more profitably. Sessions will explore the decisions and workflows behind strong day-to-day operations, where revenue can quietly leak across the player journey, how delays affect conversion and retention, and what matters most in the critical first months after entering a new market. Operators will leave with practical ways to spot inefficiencies and improve decision-making for better revenue results.
Day 2 — Wednesday, September 30 — People & Performance
Day two puts people at the centre of performance. The programme will explore how operators can build stronger player onboarding journeys, develop better managers, make compliance training more effective, and help new team members become productive faster. Operators will learn practical ways to build stronger teams, develop better leaders, and improve the player experience.
Day 3 — Thursday, October 1 — Future-Ready Operators
The final day looks at how operators can prepare for what comes next. Topics will span the future of sportsbook trading models, scaling efficiently across multiple markets, the changing role of people in AI-enabled organisations, and how continuous learning can become part of everyday operations.
Operators will explore where technology should take over, where human judgment remains crucial, and how to build organisations that can adapt as the industry evolves.
Over three days, Acceler8 Lab will bring together experienced voices from igaming, operations, technology, compliance, and leadership, including Andrew Visser, Elaine Gardiner, Shanta Segabon, Fernando Garita, Arjan Korstjens, Nikolas Lotz, Viktoriia Grygorenko, Bartek Borkowski, and Jochen Biewer.
