Golden Nugget partners with Detroit’s Rocket Mortgage Classic
The gaming firm Golden Nugget has announced it will sponsor the golf tournament in 2021 and 2022.
US.- A few days after the completion of the acquisition of Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) by Lancadia Holdings, the company has begun a two-year agreement with the PGA tournament Rocket Mortgage Classic.
Golden Nugget becomes the Official National Casino Partner for the golf event for this year and for the 2022 edition. This year’s event is taking place at the Detroit Golf Club in Michigan until July 4.
GNOG has on-site branding and will offer various perks to tournament attendees, such as premier golf bags, all-inclusive hospitality upgrades, prizes, odds boosts on wagers placed during the tournament, and an exclusive promotional casino and sportsbook bonus.
GNOG has also inked a deal to become Detroit City FC’s exclusive online gaming partner.
Samir Banerjee, GNOG’s director of marketing, said that Golden Nugget and the Rocket Mortgage Giving Fund shared the same values of creating a positive impact on the local communities.
The 2021 Rocket Mortgage Classic features 156 of the world’s best golfers including Phil Mickelson, Bryson DeChambeau, Rickie Fowler, Hideki Matsuyama, Webb Simpson, Bubba Watson, and Matthew Wolf.
