GlobalSuite, Northern Quest Resort & Casino’s new platform
Casino Data Imaging (CDI) will be exhibiting GlobalSuite next week, 2nd to 4th, at ICE 2016 in ExCel, London, at stand N3-160.
US.- The tribal-owned Northern Quest Resort & Casino is improving the analysis solutions and visualizations of its 1600 gaming devices and table games by using CDI’s GlobalSuite technology.
“GlobalSuite allows us to delve into every aspect of the casino to identify areas of exceptional performance as well as weaknesses and inefficiencies. The decisions we make every day based on reports and visualizations increase our bottom line and keep us competitive as we continue to grow,” expressed Northern Quest’s Executive Director of Slots, Rick Gladfelder.
CDI’s GlobalSuite™ is designed to satisfy various levels of customers and help the users to monitor and take action. The technology is renown by its high performance solutions that are reliable, cost effective and easy to deploy. CDI worked with latest in Microsoft® technologies including Power BI to achieve their recognition as the leader in differentiating the competitors. The key lays in the easy manipulation, in the user-driven approach to casino analysis and in the record of developing a logical and strategic RoadMap.
CDI uses multidimensional databases and cubes to analyse the process and then the information is easy available for the user. The data is obtained by 2D/3D casino floor data visualization, collection of interactive dashboards, Power Zoom segmentation, scalable and dynamic reporting environments, auto updating, multi-game multi-denomination, multi-casino enterprise, and more. “Partnering with their management team has allowed our engineering to adapt certain GlobalSuite functionality to better meet requirements plus fine tune features and performance for slots, player data and table games,” concluded George J. Levine, Casino Data Imaging corporate spokesman.
