Global Gaming Expo announces keynote speakers
Historic CEO panel, global leaders headline keynote stage at G2E 2021.
US.- The Global Gaming Expo (G2E)—presented by the American Gaming Association (AGA) and organized by RX (Reed Exhibitions)—will welcome Hard Rock International’s Jim Allen, MGM Resorts International’s Bill Hornbuckle, and Wynn Resort’s Matt Maddox to the keynote stage when G2E 2021 returns to Las Vegas from Oct. 4-7.
The three gaming executives—appearing for the first time together—will discuss the ever-evolving commercial and tribal gaming landscape.
“This year’s G2E reflects the resilience, innovation, and leadership that’s propelled gaming forward,” said AGA President and CEO Bill Miller.

Miller will kick off the show on Tuesday, Oct. 5 at 8:45 a.m. PT with a welcome address reflecting on gaming’s road to recovery. Following his remarks, Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak and U.S. Rep. Dina Titus (NV-1) will speak on navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, the dynamic role gaming plays across the state, and delivering for the state of Nevada.
On Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. PT, G2E will debut an afternoon keynote session, Gaming & Diversity: Pushing the Industry Forward featuring MGM Resorts International Chief People, Inclusion & Sustainability Officer Jyoti Chopra, U.S. Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Suzanne Clark, and Marriott International Senior Vice President, Multicultural Affairs, Social Impact and Business Councils Apporva Gandhi.
Moderated by CNBC’s Contessa Brewer, Chopra, Clark, and Gandhi will discuss how gaming companies can and should prioritize diversity at all levels to better serve customers, employees, and communities.
Raising the Stakes: Gaming Leaders Take on the Future of the Industry will feature Jim Allen, Chairman, Hard Rock International and CEO, Seminole Gaming; Bill Hornbuckle, CEO and President, MGM Resorts International; and Matt Maddox, CEO, Wynn Resorts, Ltd. on Wednesday, Oct. 6 at 9:00 a.m. PT. CNBC’s Contessa Brewer will lead the discussion among these influential gaming CEOs on what will drive the industry forward.
G2E’s full education line-up begins with G2E Connects: Working Together to Find Solutions on Monday, Oct. 4 at 3:00 p.m. PT where AGA Vice President Global Events Meredith Pallante and G2E Event Director Korbi Carrison will welcome the gaming community for collaborative conversations on promoting productivity through inclusivity in the workforce, building careers through mentorship, and adapting to customers’ changing needs.
