GAN confirms new CFO

The London-based company GAN has confirmed Rey del Valle as the replacement of Richard Santiago as new CFO.

UK.- Online gambling software solutions supplier GAN Plc has confirmed that Richard Santiago is no longer the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the company. Rey del Valle is set to replace him as CFO.

The company informed that Santiago will no longer be part of GAN as he is pursuing opportunities “unrelated to the global gambling sector.” He will be replaced as CFO by Rey del Valle, who has years of experience as Head of Finance for OpenX and TicketMaster.

Dermot Smurfit, CEO of GAN, commented: “I would like to congratulate Richard on the opportunity he has secured in an unrelated Industry. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Richard and the finance team in the months ahead as we onboard his successor Rey del Valle and maintain full momentum on executing GAN’s growth strategy.”

Rey del Valle added:  “This is an extraordinary opportunity to join Dermot and his leadership team to help develop their unique software-as-a-service tech company with a hard-earned market-leading position in the fast-regulating U.S. Internet gambling market. I look forward to transitioning into the role in the coming weeks.”
