GAN Limited completes acquisition of Silverback Gaming
Silverback’s online slot games will launch with the SuperRGS content suite in the first half of 2022.
US.- The gaming software provider GAN Limited has announced it has completed its acquisition of Bulgaria and UK-based online casino game developer Silverback Gaming on undisclosed terms. GAN will have exclusive rights globally to all current and future Silverback online games. The company expects to include 50 new slot games in the next three years.
The acquisition will support GAN’s SuperRGS offering launched in November in the US with an exclusive portfolio of online casino slot games. Silverback’s online slot games will launch with the SuperRGS content suite in the first half of 2022.
