FOX Sports and Stars Group launch mobile sportsbook in NJ
The partnership between FOX Sports and the Stars Group launched the mobile sports betting service in New Jersey with FOX Bet.
US.- FOX Sports and The Stars Group have launched its real-money wagering experience in New Jersey. FOX Bet is the first-of-its-kind national media and sports wagering service, which is available in both iOS and Android.
The service aims to engage fans in New Jersey in sports and give them the opportunity to legally and responsibly place real-money wagers on the outcome of a wide range of live sports and special events including football, baseball, hockey, motorsports, golf, tennis and soccer.
FOX Bet also offers access to FOX Sports content, instant scores, stats, alerts and odds updates as well as up-to-the-minute news, expert insight and hall-of-fame commentary from FOX Sports’ all-star team of broadcasters and analysts.

The partnership
Under the commercial agreement, FOX Sports will grant to The Stars Group an exclusive licence for the use of certain FOX Sports trademarks for a range of immersive games and online sports wagering, and certain exclusive advertising and editorial integration rights on certain FOX Sports broadcast media and digital assets. As part of the transaction, FOX Sports will receive certain brand licence, integration and affiliate fees, the companies explained.
In addition, The Stars Group has agreed to a minimum annual advertising commitment on certain FOX media assets. Prior to the tenth anniversary of the commercial agreement, and subject to certain conditions and applicable gaming regulatory approvals, FOX Sports has the right acquire up to a 50% equity stake in The Stars Group’s US business.
