Flutter names first director of inclusion and diversity

The online gambling giant has appointed Greg McCaw to the new position.

UK.- Flutter Entertainment has promoted Greg McCaw to the new role of director of inclusion and diversity.

McCaw, who served as head of inclusion and people engagement at Flutter’s Sky Betting & Gaming subsidiary, will have the task of developing and executing Flutter’s inclusion and diversity strategy. 

That will see him work with the board, business leaders and human resources to create training and development opportunities at the British igaming giant. 

Working to improve diversity in gaming 

McCaw’s work to create an inclusion strategy for Sky Betting and Gaming gained the subsidiary commendation in the All-in Diversity Project’s All-Index 2019.

He will now chair Flutter’s Inclusion and Diversity Committee to monitor and report on progress towards its diversity objectives. 

He said: “Stepping into this newly created role is beyond doubt one of the most exciting opportunities I have ever embarked on.

‘Already I’ve seen a willingness and commitment to developing a strong strategy for inclusion and diversity at all levels within this organisation, especially from senior leaders, where it can make a real impact.”

McCaw will report to chief people officer, Caroline Ross.

She said: “I’m delighted to welcome Greg to the team. He brings a wealth of experience, which the wider group will benefit from as we continue to shape our inclusion and diversity strategy.
