Fast Track releases fourth episode of “From Zero to a Hundred” podcast
This time, Simon Lidzén is joined by Fast Track CMO Luis Sangiovanni to explore what happens when building is no longer reserved for developers.
Press release.- Fast Track has released the fourth episode of its new podcast series, From Zero to a Hundred, featuring a conversation between company co-founder Simon Lidzén and CMO Luis Sangiovanni.
Luis has spent his career in marketing, gaining the experience and curiosity to understand the tools his team needs and the problems worth solving. Until recently, turning those ideas into working software still depended on someone else. AI changed that.
It has opened up a new creative space where ideas can become real much faster, helping Luis and his team replace repetitive admin and disconnected processes with tools built around how they actually work.
But the episode is not really about coding. It is about the excitement of discovering a new capability and the kind of culture needed to unlock it. One where people are given the confidence and freedom to experiment, get things wrong, learn quickly and keep going.
Simon and Luis have an open conversation about curiosity, creativity, fear and why attitude may matter more than technical experience as work continues to evolve. They also explore why AI can help people move faster, but cannot replace the ideas, judgement and personality that make the work worth doing.
There is also an unreasonable amount of discussion about merch and some collective LinkedIn exhaustion.
Fast Track said: “The conversation is about what happens when the tools to build things are no longer reserved for developers. Luis has spent his career in marketing, developing the curiosity to understand what his team needs and the problems worth solving. AI gave him a way to act on it directly. But this episode is really about the culture needed to unlock that, where people feel confident enough to experiment, get things wrong and keep going.
“Honest, direct and useful whether or not marketing is your world.”
The episode is now available across the podcast’s distribution channels on Spotify and YouTube.
