Press release.- Fast Track has maintained its Great Place to Work certification for a fifth consecutive year while undergoing a major transformation in how its teams work around AI. The igaming technology company, which marked its tenth anniversary in 2026, achieved an 89 per cent Trust Index score across its operations in Malta, Sweden and Spain.

The Great Place to Work certification is based entirely on employee feedback. With more than 100 million employees surveyed worldwide since 1992, it is one of the most credible forms of workplace recognition globally. The Trust Index measures how employees rate credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie within their organisation. An 89 per cent score places Fast Track at the level Great Place to Work ranks among world-class employers in the IT, Software and Solutions sector, a bar set by the most competitive markets it measures.

Fast Track now has around 170 employees. Every employee has taken part in the survey each of the five years, and this year they completed it within two weeks again.

Simon Lidzén, co-founder and CEO of Fast Track, said: “Our culture is our strongest asset, and it is what allows us to adapt, innovate and drive change at the pace we do. This year, we rebuilt the way we work around AI, with our teams driving that transformation themselves. To be recognised once again as a world-class employer is something we are incredibly proud of, and we will keep nurturing and evolving our culture to ensure Fast Track remains one.”

Linda Löfman, senior consultant at Great Place to Work, said: “Maintaining certification across five consecutive years, in three separate locations, takes sustained effort. What stands out this year is that Fast Track did it while redesigning how people work around AI. That kind of change usually unsettles a workforce and pulls scores down. Fast Track’s consistency, and the fact that every employee took part again this year, shows a culture that people believe in and leaders who keep listening.”

Fast Track was founded in Malta in February 2016 and launched its real-time CRM for the igaming industry in 2018. It followed with the Singularity model for one-to-one personalisation in 2021, AI-driven gamification through Rewards in 2024, Fast Track AI, igaming’s first natural language platform for CRM, in 2025, and fully agentic workflows in 2026. Greco, the gameplay risk engine founded as a joint venture in 2021, became a core Fast Track product in January 2026. The company celebrated its tenth anniversary with all employees at its Growth Summit in Gozo in August 2026.

Jenny Arnell, chief people and culture officer at Fast Track, commented: “Fast Track has always been strongest in the relational areas: people feel they can be themselves, are treated fairly and can approach their managers. This year, 96 per cent also said that we adapt quickly when change is needed. This is particularly meaningful in a year when we fundamentally changed how we work with AI. That is why our fifth certification matters: it reflects that, despite significant change, our people continued to experience Fast Track as a great place to work.”
