Expanse Studios partners with Golden Matrix Group
Expanse will add its online casino games to Golden Matrix Group’s platform.
US.- Online casino games developer Expanse Studios has partnered with Golden Matrix Group to add its online casino games to Golden Matrix’s platform.
Expanse Studios was founded in 2017 and offers a variety of games, including Pia, Spinning Buddha, Zombie Apocalypse, Book of Egypt, Titan Roulette, Wild Icy Fruits, God of Coins, Spinning Buddha, Planets Power, and Pirates Power.
Golden Matrix has a customer base of over 6.8 million registered users and 650 operators. The company specialises in esports B2B platforms and develops tools for marketing, acquisition, retention and monetisation.
Expanse Studios CEO Damjan Stamenkovic said: “Golden Matrix, their brand and business model, is a great fit for the philosophy of Expanse Studios. That is why we are excited to announce the deal, as our games continue to reach a massive audience. The deal is an important step towards achieving our prominence in East Asia and the Pacific.”

In November, Golden Matrix Group purchased the remaining 20 per cent of UK-based RKings. It had already acquired a majority stake in the prize draws brand a year ago. Golden Matrix said that RKings contributed $5.5m to its $8.6m in revenue in Q1 and 60 per cent of its $8.5m revenue in Q2.
In its financial results for full-year 2022, Golden Matrix Group reported a 219 per cent increase in revenue from $11.3m to $36m. The company posted adjusted EBITDA of $3.5m for the year ended October 31, 2022.
