Hotel and casino profit optimisation technology provider Duetto Research will supply its GameChanger revenue strategy solution to the Muscogee (Creek) Nation in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
US.- Duetto Research, hotel and casino profit optimisation technology provider signed an agreement with the Muscogee (Creek) Nation to supply its GameChanger revenue strategy solution.
The tribe is adding a 27-story hotel and casino to its River Spirit Casino Resort. When it opens in December, the US$365 million hotel facility will turn the River Spirit Casino Resort into the largest facility of its kind in Tulsa with a 30,000 sq ft convention and meeting center along with the 50,000 sq ft Margaritaville Casino and Restaurant. The new River Spirit Casino Resort will feature the 2,500-seat Paradise Cove Theater for live entertainment and sporting events and a tropic-themed pool and bar area.
“Our new facilities are triggering extraordinary demand and it is critical our technology applications be sophisticated enough to pick up all the nuances needed to grow profits for a casino,” said Tom Allen, Resort Operations General Manager for River Spirit Casino Resort. “But, it’s also so intuitive that our staff can comfortably use it from day one. In order to convert traffic into greater returns, we found Duetto Research’s experience in combining revenue management with predictive analytics to be most beneficial to our launch.”
“River Spirit Casino Resort is exactly the kind of integrated casino resort that GameChanger was designed for and it will make a compelling case for open pricing and dynamic loyalty programs as the future of revenue strategy,” said Marco Benvenuti, Chief Analytics And Product Officer for Duetto Research, in a statement. “The gaming industry is quickly evolving as modern properties like River Spirit Casino Resort embrace new ways of driving revenue from the casino floor, the hotel and newer on-property profit centers. We’re excited to be a part of that transformation and to provide the data-driven technology that accelerates the change.”
