Diamond Fortune to open Primorye casino in 2020
The company revealed that the first phase of the property should be ready to open in September 2020.
Russia.- Diamond Fortune Holdings Prim is expecting to open its first casino in Primorye, Russia, by the last quarter of 2020. Company executives confirmed in an interview with GGRAsia that the design of the property is finished.
Thomas Gibbons, chief executive of Diamond Fortune, explained that construction, which is expected to begin soon, will take approximately 18 months, and that the first phase of the facility should be completed and ready to open by September 2020.
“Phase one will be divided into A and B phases, with the casino being built first at a cost of €63 million,” said Gibbons. “We expect to be opening the casino phase, at the latest, in September 2020,” he added.
The investment for the initial phase of the project is worth approximately €192 million. The executive added that the second and third phase of the casino resort will be ongoing according to the market conditions.
