The deal allows Delaware North to supply social casino solutions to distinguished gaming operators such as Tropicana Entertainment, Coral Interactive in the UK and Pechanga Resort & Casino in the USA.

Australia.- Renowned casino operator -that is also famous for its leading food services-, Delaware North, is integrating Ruby Seven Studios, social casino developer, to its company’s services. The main target of this agreement is to provide for the Australian and American market the most innovative mobile and social gaming platforms and to ensure its position in the land-based casinos industry.

“This acquisition primes Delaware North to continue its innovations on a global scale while allowing us to explore new territory by working with the Ruby Seven Studios team. We look forward to driving this new part of Delaware North’s overall business,” commented Brian Hansberry, president of Delaware North’s gaming business.

Delaware North is expected to expand into the US$3.4 billion Australian social casino industry. This acquisition provides the leader company near 100 employees in the US and in India. Every novelty and gaming title will be incorporated into licensed US and Australian markets.
