Delaware North fusions Ruby Seven Studios
The deal allows Delaware North to supply social casino solutions to distinguished gaming operators such as Tropicana Entertainment, Coral Interactive in the UK and Pechanga Resort & Casino in the USA.
Australia.- Renowned casino operator -that is also famous for its leading food services-, Delaware North, is integrating Ruby Seven Studios, social casino developer, to its company’s services. The main target of this agreement is to provide for the Australian and American market the most innovative mobile and social gaming platforms and to ensure its position in the land-based casinos industry.

Delaware North is expected to expand into the US$3.4 billion Australian social casino industry. This acquisition provides the leader company near 100 employees in the US and in India. Every novelty and gaming title will be incorporated into licensed US and Australian markets. Delaware North also forecasts adding its own database of customers (obtained through its international properties, such as TD Garden, gaming salons and entertainment complex) to spread new top-tier portfolio globally.
The Australian corporation will integrate the 100 percent of Ruby Seven Studio’s equity. “The combination of Delaware North’s brand reach along with Ruby Seven’s successful social gaming experience will enable Delaware North to successfully enter the social casino market and bring a new level of innovation and technology to the company,”added Hansberry.
Both companies highlighted that the main interest is to provide complete customer experience. As Michael Carpenter, Ruby Seven Studios’ CEO and co-founder, explained this agreement will help them to reach over 500 million clients that Delaware North gather each year and to expand its services through land-based casino new markets.
