Delaware igaming hits highest revenue of 2021 in August

Last month’s online gaming revenue was $945,512, but player spending slipped to its lowest monthly total since April.

US.- Delaware igaming revenue came in at $945,512, for August, an increase of 19.2 per cent over July and 16.9 per cent year-on-year, from $808,623 in August 2020. However, the money players spent – $21.7m – was down 13.2 per cent from $25m in July.

Some $762,503 of igaming revenue came from video lottery, while table games revenue reached $150,677 and revenue from poker rake and fees amounted to $32,332. The market-leader in the state was Delaware Park, posting $371,964 in revenue from $9.2m in wagers, while players won $8.9m.

In second place, came Dover Downs with $342,131 in revenue from $6.3m in player wagers. Coming third was Harrington Raceway with $231,417 in revenue and $5.6m in bets.
