Cornerhouse casino has new owners

St James’s Place UK has acquired the entertainment and gaming complex.

UK.- The Cornerhouse entertainment and gaming complex has been acquired by Orchard Street Investment Management (‘Orchard Street’) on behalf of St James’s Place UK, a renowned wealth management business, for £65 million. The British complex is located in Nottingham and has been operated by Land Securities.

New operators of the complex, the specialist commercial property investment manager Orchad Street, will offer the upcoming experiences in the 201,000 sq ft Cornerhouse. The gaming centre is anchored by a 14-screen Cineworld and provides eleven restaurants, two bars, a nightclub and a casino.
