Casino Gran Madrid and EGT increase collaboration
Slot machine manufacturers game cabinets feature extensively across casino operator’s gaming floors.
Spain.- Casino Gran Madrid and Euro Games Technology began their partnership two years ago and since then the range of EGT machines installed on the operator’s gaming floors has been on the rise.
In December last year, EGT’s hugely popular Super Premier and Super Premier 75 models were also rolled out across the operator’s properties.
Casino Gran Madrid is one of the pioneers in Spain having founded the first gaming venue in Torrelodones, which went on to also become the first online casino in the country.
The operator subsequently opened a second property several years ago in the downtown area (Colón). Today both establishments offer more than 12,000 sq.m of gaming an entertainment space, with annual visitor numbers in excess of 700,000 from 140 countries.
“We continue to invest in our venues and in the latest technologies in our sector, as a way to keep our visitors’ satisfaction high and to ensure better competitiveness,” Sergio Rupérez, Head of Product at Casino Gran Madrid, said.
“Following that business strategy, we became partners with EGT, a gaming supplier that proved to share the same values as ours. We have already made several installations together and the slot machines we have chosen are unquestionably a means to success.”
Both casinos of the operator have upgraded their gaming offering with the VIP “super” models from EGT’s Premier series – Super Premier and Super Premier75.
The vast curved monitors, multimedia chairs with incorporated stereo speakers and options for control of the sound and the game make them stand out in style and comfort.
Another model recently installed in the operator’s venue in Torrelodones is the P-42V St Curved cabinets – a bestseller in many countries and particularly popular in Spain.
Commenting on the recent installations, Kristian Kostovski, Director of EGT Spain, said: “EGT is becoming more and more popular in Spain and to a great extent we owe this to our work with operators of the rank of Casino Gran Madrid. We have plans to increase our sales in Spain, entering the B2 saloon sector more ambitiously in 2020.”
