The country’ major men’s soccer league, the Canadian Premier League, has signed a multi-year deal with ComeOn!, which will become its Official Sports Betting and Online Casino Partner. 

Canada.- The Canadian Premier League (CPL) has announced it has entered into an agreement with the online gaming site ComeOn!, making the platform its “Official Sports Betting and Online Casino Partner”.

The multi-year partnership will put the ComeOn! logo on CPL Club jerseys as of the beginning of the 2021 season, scheduled to start on June 26.

Under the agreement, the betting operator’s name will appear in the content of the CPL Predictor game. The latter provides viewers with the opportunity to predict the outcome of league matches and win a prize.

The Canadian Premier League will feature ComeOn! on other digital channels together with the OneSoccer CPL match broadcasts.

The deal will also include the launch of the weekly OneSoccer showCPL Week in Review presented by ComeOn! every Monday, providing a summary of matches each week.

David Clanachan, commissioner of the Canadian Premier League, stated: “We are excited to have a partner in the emerging industry of sports betting.

“We feel this is the next innovative step to help drive fan engagement and participation with our CPL matches. Offering interactive and engaging updates match to match is a great opportunity for fans to stay involved.”

The 2021 Canadian Premier League season is the Canadian Premier League’s third season. It will kick off in Winnipeg, Manitoba, this year. The matches will be played on the turf pitch at IG Field until July 24.
