California bets on social gaming

Californian tribal casino operators have added social gaming services in their portfolios.

US.- Four Californian casinos have extended their services in order to offer exclusive online free-play social casino games. The new services are focused on innovation for players and extending the land-based casino experience to client’s tablets, cellphones and desktops.

Pechanga Band Luiseño native tribe, operators of Pechanga Resort & Casino, has launched last week the Best Bet Casino app, whilst Pala Casino Spa and Resort representatives Pala Band of Mission Natives have integrated the MyPalaCasino free-play product. Furthermore the San Manuel Band of Mission Natives signed a deal with GAN to supply its Simulated Gaming product and Scientific Games will provide the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio inked a social casino deal integrated the iGaming brand’s Play4Fun Network.

The four applications for social casino experience offer slots machine games, poker, video bingo, blackjack, roulette and further video games. Pala Casino’s CEO Bill Bembenek said the free-play product would help reach Californians and residents of other states “who may not have experienced everything that our resort has to offer.” Also Pala Interactive CEO Jim Ryan announced that the company became the first B2B customer to launch “the next generation of online social casino solutions.” Ryan said Pala Interactive aimed to become the first B2B social casino provider to offer virtual sports.
