Caesars targeting Australian Gold Coast
Australia might be on the verge of receiving Caesars Entertainment’s first integrated resort in the country as it’s currently scouting the Gold Coast.
Australia.- Caesars Entertainment could be arriving in Australia soon according to recent reports that say the company is scouting the Gold Coast for a posible integrated resort opportunity. The potential project would be the first endeavor of the US-based casino operator in the country.
President of International Development at Caesars Entertainment Corporation Steven Tight met with Paul Donovan, Gold Coast tourism chairman, during a trip to the city, as the Gold Coast Bulletin reported. Tight explained to the media outlet that the company is currently bearing “an internal feasibility study on whether another large-scale integrated resort could be supported in the local market.”
“It would be Caesars’ first propery in Australia,” the company’s official said and highlighted that he expects to know more about the city and its potential for hosting the company’s venture in August.
