Caesars launches sportsbook
The casino company launched its sportsbook services in Atlantic City on Thursday.
US.- Caesars Entertainment has announced the launch of its mobile sports betting app, becoming the latest operator to enter New Jersey’s online market. The app launched on Thursday and is called Caesars Casino & Sports, and is now available on the Apple App Store and CaesarsCasino.com for Android devices.
The app, which comes in time for the first game of the National Football League (NFL), is integrated with Caesars’ Total Rewards programme, which allows users to get loyalty points by placing bets. After collecting the points, they can be redeemed for real-world resorts in Caesars’ casinos.
Mark Frissora, president and chief executive of Caesars, said: “Since New Jersey decided to allow mobile sports betting, we have been working diligently to create the most engaging and fun mobile platform which provides users with the ability to place bets on their favourite sporting events.”
“Players have the opportunity to earn and redeem rewards points through our Total Rewards loyalty program, which they can redeem for memorable experiences inside our world-class resorts. This launch further solidifies our investment into this exciting space,” he added.
The Caesars Casino & Sports app, which also features more than 400 games such as table games and video poker, is the sixth mobile sportsbook to launch in the local market.
