Caesars Entertainment and Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino sign sportsbook deal

Caesars Sportsbook will operate the Westgate SuperBook, pending Nevada Gaming Commission approval.

US.- Caesars Entertainment and Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino have announced a deal, under which Caesars Sportsbook will operate the Westgate SuperBook. The transition is planned before the football season, pending Nevada Gaming Commission approval.

Caesars will oversee race and sportsbook operations and technology, expanding wagering options and access. It will also introduce self-service betting kiosks at the SuperBook and throughout the resort. Guests will be able to complete in-person registration for the app while on property.

Eric Hession, president of Caesars Digital, said: “The Westgate SuperBook is one of the most recognisable sportsbook destinations in the world, and we are proud to partner with Westgate on the next chapter of its evolution. By powering the SuperBook with our sportsbook platform, we’re combining a legendary sportsbook environment with a modern betting menu and added convenience that reflects how sports fans want to wager today.”

Cami Christensen, president and general manager of Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, added: “Since opening in 1986, our SuperBook has been a defining part of the Las Vegas sports betting landscape. We are incredibly proud of that legacy and thrilled to partner with Caesars Sportsbook to take it to the next level, combining decades of history with innovation, scale, and an even more dynamic guest experience.”

Caesars Race & Sportsbook opens at The Resort at Summerlin

In March, Caesars Entertainment celebrated the opening of Caesars Race & Sportsbook at The Resort at Summerlin in Las Vegas. Caesars and The Resort at Summerlin executives participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and former Vegas Golden Knights defenceman Deryk Engelland placed a ceremonial first bet.

The nearly 6,000-square-foot sportsbook features a video wall. A 360-degree LED video display will be added at the sportsbook bar in time for the summer. Twenty self-service betting kiosks are located inside the sportsbook and throughout the casino.
