Australasian Gaming Expo is a finalist in Awards for Excellence
The world’s third largest hospitality and gaming trade show is a finalist in the EEAA 2018 Awards for Excellence.
Australia.- The Gaming Technologies Association (GTA) has been announced as a finalist in the Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia’s (EEAA) 2018 Awards for Excellence, for the 2018 Australasian Gaming Expo (AGE).
The EEAA is the peak industry Association representing Organisers, Venues and suppliers within the exhibition and event sectors, and the Awards celebrate those doing outstanding work in this area.
Chief Executive Officer of the GTA, Chris Muir said being recognised as a finalist in the Awards was a tribute to all involved in the AGE.
The AGE was nominated in the ‘Best Association Event’ category, with the other finalists being the Sydney Caravan Camping Outdoor Lifestyle Expo and PAX Australia.
“We congratulate the nominees and finalists from around Australia, as well as Chair of Judges, John Trevillian and our panel of 35 independent judges including nine international leaders who assessed the entries.” said DiMascio, Chief Executive of the EEAA.
AGE is the ‘must attend’ event for suppliers and buyers in the hotel, club and casino industry. It is the place to see both domestic and international products and services, network, attend thought-provoking seminars, and develop new business partners.
The finalists will join the EEAA community for the awards celebration at ICC Sydney on December 5. Next year’s AGE will be held at ICC Sydney from August 13-15, 2019 and will celebrate the event’s 30th anniversary.
