WSOPC Sydney kicks off next week
World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) tournament event to take place at The Star Sydney from November 14 to December 9, 2019.
Australia.- The WSOP Circuit Sydney tournament, starts on monday and will have 14 events with a total prize money guaranteed of €5,7 million.
Building on the exclusive partnership WSOPC has with The Star Sydney, a special leaderboard and award players points system for each event will be implemented. Moreover, in the end of the tournament, the player who tops the leaderboard will receive a free pass to the 2019 WSOP Global Casino Championship – which has a €900,600 guarantee.
The buy-ins to these events present different price ranges to enable players with different types of bankrolls to participate. The buy-ins start at €297 however, for the high stake events, buy-ins can reach up to €18,000.
It is definitely worth highlighting some of the interesting events WSOPC Sydney is to host during this year’s edition; a ladies’ event, six-handed tournaments, a masters’ tournament, pot-limit Omaha and the Monster Stack.
Another flagship event is the High Roller, on December 4 which has €900,600 guarantee.
The most anticipated day will be December 5, when WSOPC Sydney Main Event with €2,000 buy-in a will take place. The guaranteed prize for this event is €2 million. However, this amount could easily increase in case Sydney gets a good turnout.
Finally, for this 2019 edition, the winner will not only walk away with a nice payout; but will also receive an entry to the 2019 WSOP Global Casino Championship.
