Vietnam.- Sun Group has announced that it expects its Van Don integrated resort to be completed in 2025. The project is being developed in Quang Ninh province on Vietnam\u2019s northern coast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 2,000-hectare IR will include hotels, villas, resort apartments, commercial centres, a horse racing facility, an 18-hole golf course and a casino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to local press, the company says the cost of the project will hit about VND42 trillion (US$1.8 billion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sun Group, owner of 51 companies, is currently working in four areas: resort tourism, entertainment, high-end real estate, and infrastructure investment.
