The ad was a response to media allegations that its junket operators had ties to organised crime<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The advertisement asserted that the junkets in question were controlled by Hong Kong-listed Suncity Group, but Crown has conceded that while the junkets were controlled by Suncity chairman Alvin Chau, they were not controlled by Suncity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current inquiry is being led by the NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority following a series of Australian media reports.
