According to the investigation, he has not been in contact with customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authorities found there were no lapses in Paradise City\u2019s infection protection measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The restaurant&#8217;s staff is now undergoing a mandatory quarantine.
