South Korea.- Jeju Island’s latest casino resort, Jeju Dream Tower, will open in October despite uncertainty due to the pandemic, tour operator Lotte Tour says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
While Jeju Island is a semi autonomous area in South Korea, the project still needs the approval of local authorities, including a social impact evaluation on the casino’s activities. This evaluation is legally required in cases where an existing Jeju casino operator wishes to expand gaming operations by more than two times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
