He remained in the positions after Tabcorp&#8217;s merge with Tatts Group&nbsp;in December 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attenborough said: \u201cThe combination with Tatts is now largely complete and, as such, now is the right time to start the process to appoint the next CEO who can work with the Board and management team to take the Company forward. Until then, I am totally committed to steering Tabcorp through the Covid-19 pandemic and ensuring that our businesses are best positioned for the future.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, Tabcorp has selected selected Steven Gregg to succeed its outgoing Chair Paula Dwyer, who will retire on December 31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gregg has been a director at Tabcorp since 2012, and is currently chairman of Caltex Australia and a director of and thoroughbred bloodstock company William Inglis &amp; Son Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dwyer said: \u201cWith the integration of Tatts nearing completion, the time is now right for a new Chairman to lead the Tabcorp Board into the future.
