South Korea.- The integrated resort in South Korea, Inspire, will open its doors in Incheon in 2022, when the first phase is supposed to be finished.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (MGE) resort will be the largest in the country when completed. It will have four phases with all stages to be completed by 2031.
\u201cAll of the major permits that are necessary to break ground, we received in May and we are under construction as we speak and we are looking forward to opening in early part of 2022,\u201d sadi Mario Kontomerkos, CEO of MGE press conference for Korean journalists at the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut.
The resort will include a casino, a five-star hotel, concert arena, and Paramount Pictures theme park. But this commodities will be constructed in different phases.
The first phase will include the hotel, with 1,256 rooms, the 15,000-seat arena, convention halls and a foreigner-only casino. This phase will cost $1.29 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second stage will start in 2021, and includes the Paramount Pictures indoor theme park scheduled to open by 2025. The outdoor theme park is expected to start in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Inspire will be unlike any other integrated resort in Asia and the reason for that in addition to the typical amenities that you will see in an integrated resort”, Kontomerkos said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
