Janu\u00e1rio Hospital Centre, said at a press conference on Wednesday that travel restrictions in the area should remain in place until a vaccine is developed against Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said visitors should be allowed to move freely in the region without presenting a nucleic acid test, only once a vaccine is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casinos and hotels in the area are desperately waiting for the easing of restrictions in order to recover from the economic impact.
