The company receives the gaming revenue share through its subsidiary, Premium Leisure Corporation (PLC), under an arrangement with City of Dreams Manila operator Melco Resorts & Entertainment.

For the nine months ended September 30, Belle’s gaming revenue share from the casino totalled PHP1.48bn (US$23.2m), up 12.5 per cent from PHP1.32bn (US$20.7m) in the same period last year.

Beyond its gaming revenue arrangement, Belle also earns rental income from Melco’s Philippine subsidiary under a lease covering the integrated resort’s property. The lease generated PHP591.7m (US$9.3m) in the third quarter, compared with PHP587.8m (US$9.2m) in the same period of 2025. For the first nine months of 2026, rental income totalled PHP1.77bn (US$27.7m), broadly unchanged from PHP1.76bn (US$27.6m) a year earlier.

At the group level, Belle recorded consolidated revenue of PHP4.32bn (US$67.7m) in the first nine months of 2026, up 11.3 per cent year-on-year. Net income increased 25.7 per cent to PHP1.66bn (US$26m) from PHP1.32bn (US$20.7m). The company attributed the improvement in its bottom line to higher revenue and lower financing costs. Interest expenses and other financing charges fell 29.9 per cent to PHP358m (US$5.6m) during the reporting period.

   See also:

See also: PAGCOR net income drops 84.85% in nine months

The casino’s contribution helped drive Belle’s consolidated revenue to PHP4.32bn (US$67.7m) in the first nine months of 2026.

Belle Corporation reported a 12.5% year-on-year increase in gaming revenue share from City of Dreams Manila for the first nine months of 2026, reaching PHP1.48bn (US$23.2m), despite a slight 2.8% decline in Q3 2026 compared to the previous year.
