The company said the scheme is intended to align employees\u2019 interests with those of Wynn Macau and its shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Macau.- Wynn Macau has awarded 317,938 ordinary shares<\/strong> to 315 employees<\/strong> under its employee ownership scheme<\/strong>. The awards representing about 0.01 per cent of the casino operator\u2019s issued share capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The awards were made on October 5. Half will vest on October 5, 2029<\/strong> and the remaining 50 per cent on October 5, 2030<\/strong>. An award made to one employee will vest on September 6, 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

None of the 315 recipients is a director, chief executive, substantial shareholder or other connected person. The awards are not subject to performance targets. However, they may lapse if an employee leaves the group, is dismissed for misconduct or breaches an applicable agreement or regulation. Following the latest awards, 446.21 million underlying shares remain available for future awards, while a further 10.42 million shares are reserved under the service provider sublimit.<\/p>\n\n\n
