The first casino hotel on Boracay will offer table games, slots and electronic gaming stations, alongside 88 rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Philippines.- Kaban Hotel and Casino<\/strong> will begin a soft opening on September 16 on the Philippine island of Boracay. The opening of the first casino-hotel on the island to receive a licence from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp <\/strong>(Pagcor) will be followed by a full launch in October, local media reports say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developed by Philippines-based Golden TW Realty and Development Corp, the six-storey venue forms part of a 23-hectare project at Station 0<\/strong>, at the northern end of the resort island. The development combines hospitality and entertainment. The gaming floor covers 2,000 square metres and will feature table games<\/strong>, slot machines <\/strong>and igaming stations<\/strong>. The hotel has 88 rooms, while the wider venue will have seven food and beverage outlets, a spa, outdoor pool, VIP lounge, children\u2019s play area, lobby caf\u00e9 and rooftop bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKaban is more than a destination. We promise to bring world-class entertainment and heartfelt Filipino hospitality together, creating a place where culture, leisure, and celebration come together,\u201d said Kevin Wong<\/strong>, president and chief executive of Kaban Hotel and Casino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company is also developing Boracay Central<\/strong>, a lifestyle shopping centre that is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n
