That would represent just 0.3 per cent growth from the same month last year. The estimate is well below the 9.5 per cent median forecast among analysts, although current market expectations range a widely as from 0.3 per cent to 18 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CLSA&#8217;s outlook comes despite a comparison base impacted by <strong>Super Typhoon Ragasa<\/strong>, which forced Macau\u2019s casinos to suspend operations for 33 hours. GGR for the month was MOP18.29bn, up 6 per cent year-on-year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">August GGR was <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/macau-ggr-drops-1-2-year-over-year-in-august\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">weaker-than-expected<\/a>.
